  • Turnover Clean

    A standard turnover clean for a vacation rental ensures your property is guest-ready and inviting between stays. This service covers thorough cleaning of all living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms, with extra attention given to disinfecting high-touch surfaces. Essential tasks like trash removal, linen changes, and restocking supplies are also included to create a seamless transition between guests. By maintaining a consistently fresh environment, you enhance guest satisfaction and set the stage for positive reviews.

What We Do:

Cleaning Services

  • Thorough cleaning of all rooms. 

  • Checking and cleaning inside of cabinets and drawers.

  • Change and wash linens.

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs. Mop all floors.

  • Dust and polish furniture.

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen countertops, sinks, and appliances (exteriors).

  • Take out trash.

  • Restock Consumables

Communication

  • Communicate with the client regarding scheduling, special requests, excessive messes from guests, or any other concerns we observe while cleaning.

  • Report any damages or issues observed during cleaning to the client.

Laundry Services

  • We can launder bedsheets, towels, and other linens either on-site while we clean or take them back to our office for cleaning.

  • On-site laundering: We may go over on time if laundering exceeds the scheduled cleaning time. In such cases, any unfinished laundry will be taken back to our office for completion at a rate of $2 per pound.

What We Don’t Do:

Property Management

  • We do not manage or maintain the property beyond cleaning services.

  • We do not handle guest check-ins, check-outs, or key management.

  • We do not interact with guests regarding property management matters.

  • We do not provide concierge services or local guidance unless agreed upon separately.

  • We do not manage or maintain inventory of items within the property beyond restocking basic supplies agreed upon.

  • We do not monitor security systems or surveillance cameras.

  • We do not provide security services beyond ensuring proper lock-up after cleaning.

Repair or Maintenance:

  • We do not perform repairs or maintenance tasks.

  • We do not fix appliances, plumbing, or electrical issues.

Special Amentities

  • We do not refill or maintain amenities such as saunas, hot tubs, pool equipment, or other specialized features of the property.

  • Any maintenance or specific care for these amenities should be handled by specialized service providers or the property owner.

  • We do not handle or move valuable or fragile items unless explicitly instructed and agreed upon.
